AKA, a bright spot on a dim week. You might be aware that my tile project is delayed. Not the typical delay, like we got busy or moved on to something else, but a new kind of delay, where it just takes freaking ages to get it done.
So, while JWH chips away, quite literally, at the tile, I decided he'd like some mater bath solidarity/company and I painted while he chipped.
The Revere Pewter.
It's lovely.
It's like a grow up person's room all of a sudden. No more pale blue, no more shiny walls (I used Eggshell, the previous paint was semi-gloss, which I totally get in a bathroom as a deterrent to moisture, but it made my eyes itch.)
And, I know you are dying for confirmation on this: I now have a white ceiling. The "where to stop the wall color" debate had many answers, especially over the sink...but we landed here and it feels right. The straight vertical walls are all gray, the slanted walls are white. Over the sink the walls on the sides of the skylight opening are white (although they are straight verticals - call me a rule breaker).
Let's note here, too, that this was all done without tape. I cut-in like a mutha. That's right.
Very Very Good Information..BRI really Appreciate your work¡BRNice useful article, it really helped me a lot ,please keep updating your site as im regular visitor of your site.
