One gets bonus points for also being a mud room. (Or maybe I should deduct points for reminding me that I still do not have a mud room....) Another gets bonus points for managing somehow to go with a pretty sophisticated hallway. That wallpaper is amazing.

When the top half is open the bottom half can be closed and vice verse. But both halves can be opened or closed at the same time as well.
