Old homes sometimes have very worn out stairs. The wood-purists out there would have you believe your only option is to strip and refinish them, or to painstakingly replace the treads. That cost bucks! And who are these purists to insist on the spending of big bucks, when a can of the 'ol floor pant can be so great!
