Last week I posted about my new big idea: the conversion of our sun room into a powder room and mudroom. I shared some pictures of what I had in mind for the mudroom part. But, really, is a bathroom that small even possible? Advisable? I present my evidence.

That sink's name and manufacturer still elude me, but some others might work, too.
And as far as placement of the sink in the "standing" space of the toilet - there seems to be some precedent that this is ok. (I do have facts and figures as to the space required by code, btw. I fully intend to break out the tape and tape it off before I go calling an architect.)

So, I'm totally on to something here, right?
Here's one option from a very VERY small bathroom (with befores and afters): http://www.kellyandellen.org/house/tag/bathroom/
